I really do think that Zombie Shooter is a fun game to play and it is great if you want something to plow through in 10 minutes to blow off a little steam after a hard day at work or school. I did find on occasion I would get a little cocky, stop paying attention and be surrounded by zombies. The game is very generous with its ammo and health powerups. The game is not super hard and I found that when I died it was usually at the hands of a boss. You will go from area to area, killing things, picking up more stuff, maybe pressing a switch, blowing up a wall and then you fight a boss. Picking up powerups, new weapons, ammo, health items and so on. You are walking around, killing anything that comes in range. The game plays similar to something like Smash TV. The story is really not that great, but that does not matter as it serves as motivation for you to mow down tons of zombies and creatures.
You need to stop it from getting out and also figure out what the heck happened. The main campaign sees you in a research facility that is where the zombie outbreak has started.
I would say that simple, but fun is the best way that you can describe Zombie Shooter. There is a ton of gore in this game, in one of the game modes it is not unusual for there to be literally hundreds of zombie body parts all over the floor! Simple, But Fun I feel that it has more of a PlayStation look than it does a Super Nintendo one. It has an isometric top down view and it fits the game perfectly. The first thing that you notice about Zombie Shooter is the old school style graphics.
